Achieved a Black Belt, currently hold 4th Degree Black Belt in Yoshukai Karate.
I am a certified instructor through International Karate Federation and have been teaching for over 20 years.
1990-Black Belt Light weight, and Feather weight Womens World Champion for American Airlines Team.
1989-1990 Black Belt Lgt. weight Womens National Rank in Top four: NASKA Rated.
1988-1990 Black Belt Southeastern Champion Womens Kata.
1987-1990 Black Belt Lgt. weight Womens free sparring Champion, by Alabama Karate Circuit.
1987- Coors Fighting team.
Attended National Karate Team Champioships and World Team fight in Daytona, Florida.
Representing The American Airlines Team; feature in articles in the Karate/Kung Fu Maganzine, and
Karate Illustrated.
Personal:
I am the oldest sibling of Sensei Ray Nichols and Shihan D.J. Nichols.
I am proud 43 year old mother of two children who are also in karate.
My oldest, Heather Stromberger who has a 1st Dan Black Belt in Yoshukai Karate
My youngest Ashley Stromberger who also has a 1st Dan Black Belt in Yoshukai Karate.
Also a proud Grandmother of Austin Micheal Dallam.....who Is my pride and joy.
