Shihan Camp

Shihan Rachel Camp started training in 1989 under Rodney Lowery. It was after she earned her Shodan degree that Shihan Camp met Sensei Nichols. Shihan Camp credits Sensei Nichols for opening doors both inside and outside karate. Shihan Camp earned her shihan degree in 2004, and earned her 6th, Degree in 2008.

Shihan Camp has competed in many tournaments, and was ranked #1 in womens in USYKA 1990 & 1991, and was elected to the Martial Arts Black Belt Hall Of Fame in 2004. Shihan Camp has been a member of the IKF Black Belt Committee since 2004.

Shihan Camp has 2 chidren, Jessica and Destin.

Karate is very challenging, but it is also very rewarding. If you are looking for a style to get into,Shihan Camp encourages you to come watch or participate anytime.
